How we buy

1. OUTRIGHT PURCHASE

Already have planning permission or a clear development opportunity?
Clere Homes can purchase directly and, as a privately funded developer, can move quickly.

2. CONDITIONAL PURCHASE

We agree the value of your land subject to obtaining satisfactory planning permission. Once planning is secured, we complete the purchase.

3. OPTION AGREEMENT

For land requiring a more involved planning process, we can enter into an option agreement.

Clere Homes funds the planning process and takes the planning risk.
If planning permission is achieved, the landowner benefits from the significant increase in the development value of their land.
