We are always reviewing new land opportunities and we buy land with or without planning permission. Don't dismiss that area of disregarded land or old unused outbuilding. It has the ability to unlock funds. We buy and develop dilapidated old buildings, with a view of giving them a new lease of life.

Whilst working closely with landowners and local estate agents we assess the requirement of an area and build a viable picture of the potential for the land. We have over £8m of development  at any one time be it under development or in planning

We have an excellent extended team of specialist planning consultants who are well equipped to bring our vision together.  By using specialists in this field it allows us to present to the local planning authority and achieve successful applications. 

We are a privately funded business which has its benefits including the ability to move quickly. 

On larger scale projects we agree a contract with the land owners on the basis we achieve planning. Within the agreement we take all the costs and risk away from the land owner.
