We are a family-owned property development company in Newbury, Berkshire managed by Matt & Robyn, that specialises in rural developments of high quality new build homes. Matt manages the builds and land purchases. Robyn overseas everything interior, from floors to lighting to kitchen and bathroom designs.
Our focus is to deliver quality new contemporary homes which are uniquely designed by us to enhance the local area. We acquire land in areas where high quality housing is in need. We are very particular on our sites as they must have a wow factor. Please get in contact if you have land that is viable for residential development and you would like to sell it.
